  Recently, I visited Lotus Dental Clinic for a root canal treatment with a crown. The overall experience was excellent. My tooth was broken on the tongue side, making the procedure complex due to limited access. Despite past bad experiences with dentists, Lotus made me comfortable and handled the situation smoothly.

Dr. Sahal Faraz is experienced, polite, humble, and patient. Special thanks to Dr. Sahal Faraz for performing the procedure perfectly. The back-end team and supporting staff were also excellent and humble.

Appointments: There were no complications with appointments, and the team followed up periodically. However, it’s best to book early as their schedule is always busy. Coordination was good, and even the LAB team for the crown was ready ahead of time.

Insurance: The team handled the process smoothly without any delays or obstructions.

Overall, my experience with the clinic was wonderful. The entire team is experienced, humble, and professional. The clinic atmosphere is well-maintained. I also had a consultation with Dr. Sethna, who is quite impressive.
